Luis G. Cuervo of Enterprise Florida presented "Free Trade In The Global Economy" at the February Luncheon Meeting of the Airport West Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Cuervo discussed the impact that the global economy has on Miami-Dade and role of Enterprise Florida in this arena.

Mr. Cuerto is Enterprise's manager for North America, Africa and The Caribbean in Enterprise Florida's International Trade and Economic Development Division. He has a strong export and financial background and is active on the boards of various trade organizations.

The Chamber luncheon was held on Tuesday, February 15, 2000 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Holiday Inn Miami Airport West, 3255 NW 87 Ave, Miami. Member registration fees were $20 prior to Friday, February 11 and $25 at the door. Non-member registration fees were $25 by Friday, February 11 and $30 at the door.
