Do you care enough to be an active player in providing a good quality of life for your family? Do you care enough to protect the value of your home or your business?

A good quality of life and protection of your property values are too important for you to leave it to the other person!

President Theodore Roosevelt said it best:

"It is not the critic who counts; not he man who points out how the strong stumbled, or where the doer of the deed could have done better.

The credit belongs to the man (or woman) who is actually in the arena; whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood; who strives valiantly; who errs and comes up short again and again; who knows the great enthusiasms, the great devotions, and spends himself in a worthy cause; Who at the best knows in the end the triumph of high achievement; and who at the worst, if he fails, at least fails while daring greatly; so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who know neither victory nor defeat."

Jesse Jones, West Dade Watchdog:

At the annual meeting of the West Dade Federation of Homeowner Associations on January 20, 2000, the first annual West Dade Watchdog Award was presented to Jesse Jones for his many contributions, through his hard work and determination, to the quality of life in Doral. Jesse has been very involved in the INS victory, development committee, school committee, and roads and traffic committee.

Jesse has also been representing our Doral area on the Blasting Task Force.

All of the contributions Jesse has made of his time and expertise toward a good quality of life for all Doral residents have been accomplished while taking care of his own business. If anyone says they do not have the time to help Doral, that is an excuse, not a reason.

WHO WILL BE THE WEST DADE WATCHDOG THIS YEAR?

WDFHA PAC:
The WDFHA Political Action Committee (PAC) is now organized. Contributions are being solicited for educating the Doral residents on important issues including political candidates, development issues, incorporation issues and other issues that would have an adverse or positive effect on our lives in Doral. A fund of $75,000.00 is the goal.
