Signs near Doral's John I. Smith Elementary need immediate attention, says DCC Councilman Odel Torres. Several of the signs (pictured) either tilt badly to one side or another, or hang halfway off their posts, sometimes upside-down--clearly a danger to the children and motorists that pass through the area. Torres says that despite several calls to the county the condition of the signs remains unchanged.
