On Good Friday, Metro Life Worship Center presented a "Passion Play" that was brought to life through exciting drama, song, and pageantry.

The cast was comprised of over 40 members, and together they vividly re-enacted Jesus Christ's last days on earth including his betrayal, crucifixion, and resurrection.

The play was put on at the open field on the corner of NW 102 Avenue and NW 55 Street, right in the heart of Doral Park.

Pastor Steve Alessi of Metro Life said the play was indicative of the role that the church strives to play in the community.

"Our goal is to bring the church into the community and provide events that will cater to their needs," he said.
