Mr.
Ralph Arza
Chairman Doral Community Council
Dear
Ralph:
Since
the inception of the Doral Community Council two years ago you have
been our chairman and have led us to become the most admired and
effective community council in Miami-Dade County.
You
have worked tirelessly in this position and have dedicated countless
“overtime” hours in the pursuit of what’s best for Doral and its
residents. You have forged and enhanced relationships with the West
Dade Federation, the Planning and Zoning departments, zoning lawyers,
builders and developers. You have done this in a fair and highly
professional manner accruing great credit to our Council and to the
community.
It
is mandated by the Community Council policy that you now relinquish
your chairmanship after a two year reign. This Doral community Council
will always be beholden to you for the very effective way in which you
have led us.
As
you step down and enter into a new phase of your career, I take the
liberty and speak on behalf of your fellow councilmen, that we are all
confident that in your chosen course you will grow further in stature
and continue being a highly effective and professional leader.
To
you and your lovely wife, Eris, and your family we wish you only good
health and happiness and success.
Thank
you.
My
kindest personal regards,
Jerry
Howie
Past Vice-chairman
(and newly elected Chairman)
