Las Brisas - A 'Homerun' for Brighton

Brighton Homes is in the business of helping home buyers find their dreams, and that company has been pursuing that goal in the Doral area since last November. Las Brisas, a private, gated community of two and three bedroom luxury residences, has already sold out 75% of the 186 homes that make up Phase 1.

The eighteen-acre, lushly landscaped community is a favorite for South American investors, young couples, local retirees, first time homebuyers, U.S. Southern Command families.

The two-bedroom model is the top seller in Phase 1. Thirteen families have already moved in, with Phase 1 to be completed by the second half of 2000.

Club Brisas, slated for its grand opening this November, will include a huge pool, a fitness center and heated spa, a lighted tennis court, as well as a kitchenette for private parties.

Casey Koslowski, marketing coordinator for Brighton Homes commented, “We make the job of home buying an easy project for our customers. You have it all right here. We have a complete design center staffed by an interior decorator to help buyers every step of the way. And, we have our own finance center here. It’s a one-stop-shopping concept.”

Tamara Rasse, a very busy sales consultant says, “Home shoppers can enjoy luxury for less here. They can literally customize their homes at Las Brisas. We let buyers choose the color combinations they want.”

All residences come with Whirlpool appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer. The kitchen cabinets and countertops are already upgraded and pre-wired for a surround sound stereo system. Ms. Rasse adds, “The quality at Las Brisas exceeds our buyers’ expectations.”

Design features in all Las Brisas homes include a security system, textured nine-foot ceilings, arched hallways, decorative molding and tile inserts in the foyer. Safety concerns are very well addressed, with hurricane shutters and sprinklers installed in every home. Koslowski notes, “There’s something for everyone. The unique architectural designs sell. This community is Brighton’s home run!”

Located at 5760 NW 114 Ave, Las Brisas is near major roadways, and that in and of itself is a strong selling point. But Koslowski says, “Doral sells itself. It’s the place to be for convenience and privacy.”

Brighton Homes, established in 1986, was awarded the Claims Free Customer Service Award by the Bonded Builders Home Warranty Association in 1997 and 1998. Last year Brighton was rated as one of the Top Ten Builders in South Florida.

Brighton Homes prides itself on “Protecting the American Dream” and one way it does that is by backing each home sold with a full ten years of coverage from an independent home warranty company. Another nice incentive for homebuyers is a $1,000 contribution to assist with their closing costs.

Brighton Homes is active in Dade and Palm Beach, Puerto Rico, and Orlando.
