Las Brisas, a private, gated community of two and three bedroom luxury residences, has already sold out 75% of the 186 homes that make up Phase 1.

This community is Brighton’s home run!”

Located at 5760 NW 114 Ave, Las Brisas is near major roadways, and that in and of itself is a strong selling point. But Koslowski says, “Doral sells itself. It’s the place to be for convenience and privacy.”
